Training is a 3/2 split, bulking phase. Heavy as possible with pyramid sets, 4x12-6. Cardio every day at end of sesh.
Age 44, 6ft, weight LBM97kg, 16%BF.
Australia. Am willing to pay freight.
Can update log 4 days a week...
