    So I got a whole diet plan now. I'll post if you guys wanna see. Eating 5-6 times a day, chicken/steak/fish and all green veggies. Some with rice some not. Of course 3 protien shakes. I want a good fat burning stack now. Anyone recommend a good one?

    I could totally fit more in there. I try to prep for like 3-4 days at least. Don't always get around to it. But I know that's where I need to start.

    Yeah usually eat quest bar every morning on my way to work around 9. I have stomach issues to where I can't really eat anything big before 11. Chicken and rice of some kind around 1-2 with protein shake. Another quest bar around 3 or 4. Then dinner around 7-730 and protein shake after my workout.
