    If doing carb cycling with 2x week zero carb days would it still be beneficial to take AP during the 5 days of carbs.Does AP need to be sustained daily or will i still see benefits taking on only carb days. Thanks for any feedback!

    Been 9 days since i was given a tracking number and nothing yet. Weird that priority is will be 11 days old on mondays mail day just to cross a few states.

    On an Oratropin cycle should K-ALA/R-ALA be used in synergy.I get the insulin theory regarding both all confused.Either it should be beneficial or a big no no. Thank you.
