    Oatmeal makes you feel ****ty? I'm not ? Sweet potatoes bc there are one of the most nutritionally dense foods on the planet. But as far as energy goes oatmeal is one of the best carbs source out there. At least to me they are.

    It's not a miracle drug. But it is one of the best when cutting. IMO it works better when already leaner. It's really not worth the money until you pushing 70mg plus a day. That's why it's so expensive. 20mg would be pretty affordable but that's kind of dose a female would take.
