How much zinc do you end up getting from this product? I plan on using Orange Triad at the same time as the new Gut Health but OT has 30mg of zinc citrate (200% RDA) so I don't imagine I want to be getting too much more than that on a daily basis. Any thoughts Matt?

Go see a physiotherapist to actually identify the source of the problem. You're far better off to identify what's causing the problem whether it be a form issue or some sort of imbalance in the hips than trying to mask the pain with supplements.
Hasn't been talked about in this thread yet I don't think, but I think I've heard that it's not exactly safe to do HIIT while on EC stack - any validity to this point or is this an old suspicion that goes back to the "EC is dangerous" days?

If I were to up the dosage of BRITE by 2 pumps per day, would you recommend doing a schedule of 3,3,2 or 2,2,2,2 (spread out evenly). Probably wouldn't make a big difference but just wondering if one would be optimal.
