I agree that staying with a truly fasted cardio you wouldn't eat it before, just after. Watermelon etc is easy on the stomach, helps refill your glycogen stores after the cardio and bides time until one can stomach a real meal.
I think this is depend on us, Most people do cardio "whenever they get a chance." Sometimes during the middle of the day, sometimes before bed, sometimes directly after your weightlifting workout,sometimes directly before the weightlifting workout and sometimes first thing in the morning.
As my opinion you must be take diet food and do yoga regularly this is really best for your body, You can also go for walking at morning this is best to burn fat and also it will give you refreshment.
If you really want to do dirt then do first of all exercise and yoga this is best for health, then eat only diet food like fruits, vegetable, soup, fruit juice etc, take proteins and vitamins in food, Ignore fatty and calories food.
