I'm 56 years old recovering present from 2 surgeries to my right elbow. 3 more months and I'll be able to get back into light weight lifting and Jeet Kune Do but no sparring for a while. Was 1 of the first 100 people when they started this forum and it was called something else but it escapes me. My training is geared fora form of Combative MMA, which MMA without any rules. Self Defense only. anyways 56 year old men aren't allowed to fight anymore i believe. I'm also a drummer and pretty laid back and not all into myself so look forward to meeting some new people and talking with some old friends again.
