    Unless you're really short, I think you can do a decent squat in that. Parallel squats are not necessarily worse than a2g, just different.

    I said this on a similar post, bit I say CrossFit for like a month and you'll be mentally ready to go back to a real workout routine. It's like a halfway organized way to just do random stuff and not really feel like you have to track of anything.

    Hi guys. I'm about to start with x-factor advanced next week. I do 5/3/1 four days per week. I'm going to start at 1.5g all pre workout. Is there any sense to dosing it on days I'm not lifting heavy? Usually the off days will be 4 kickboxing rounds or a 15 minute conditioning circuit...

    I would go in a totally different direction. Do CrossFit for like a month. It's so drastically different it will totally blow the boredom away. Then, hit up 5/3/1. I love it, but it is a split. It won't feel new until you've been exposed to the randomness of CrossFit for a bit.
