    I have nearly zero knowledge of LMG, so take my words with a grain of salt. Isnt it made by lgi? I heard not so good things about their products (under dosed) besides that, my understanding is that it won't benefit you until week 3. :shrug:

For me, I can gain clean at 2400 calories a day, ~300p 150c 80f and then a high carb day ever 5 days ~300+c You don't look bad brah. I'm an ecto too, graduated HS at 125-130lbs, skinny fat.
