    i usually do 4-5 different exercises for the bigger body parts such as back, chest, shoulder, and legs. for the smaller body parts i usually do 3-4 different exercises such as bi's, tri's, calves, and forearms. i do all with at least 3-4 sets doing usually anywhere from 8-12 reps each set...
