    Ah so I know I haven't updated this at all, but there isn't much to report. Strength has remained the same as I still moved the same weight for same reps on my compound stuff. I weighed in at 178 today, so that's -2 lbs after 30 days and can easily be attributed to my diet these past few days...

    I just finished running P-mag 20 days ago at 75mg. I have a full log which you can view the numbers itself..strength went up but it wasn't through the roof crazy. The biggest upside is that 20 days into PCT, I'm still setting PR's.

    Honestly save your money and do it with food. Other than creatine, I find other 2 products useless and don't purchase them individually. If they are in a product already then fine... Creatine: 3-5g daily
