Your best bet would be to bulk. At 175 lbs you sound kind of lanky so consuming 335g of carbs a day would put you in the 45% at 3000 cal. Days off or cardio days you may want to drop it down some. Also not eating heavy carbs (starchs) after a certain time like 6 P.M may help you minimize fat...
