I live and breath martial arts, still deciding if I want to enter a cage or not.
BJJ is my speciality, grappling is one of those skills you can always work on.
I study Guerilla Jiu Jitsu through Dave Camarillo.
I train hard, karate and taekwondo, as well as hit the gym for cardio and weight training.
I like to cut and bulk and play around with nutrition and my body shape, sometimes for a tournament and sometimes just for fun.
I live on a 40/40/20 diet typically and only complex carbs will pass these lips :)
