    a glass every now and then shouldn't hurt, just don't get drunk. I've drank a few beers on cycle before (one to three on weekends) and had no issues, tho in retrospect beer was poor choice for the reasons you mentioned above. If you get drunk your next day will be hell.... personal experience...

    I think in very modest amounts those things can be useful, but the way you describe it seems completely unrealistic. By useful I mean you can get those vanilla-cup ice cream servings and eat one per day on a bulk for quick carbs without really gaining much fat (gellato is great too), and again...
