    I am 5'7 @ 163lbs My lifts are: squat: 205 x 5 bench: 160 x 5 dead: 260 x 5 OHP: 105 x 5 Do you think it would be wise to go back to SS....to do a bulk on SS while working on getting my numbers up, or do this upper/lower split and eat with caloric surplus? I'm looking for mass over strength...

  4. Could natadrol flair pmild ubescent gyno?

    I am one week into a natadrol cycle, dosing at 4 a day and will soon be young dosage to 6. I have a mild case of pubescent gyno causing puffy nipples. My question is: could continuing my natadrol cycle potentially cause my condition to fllair? Or if anything, would the diuretic help with water...
  5. Question on Natadrol and creatine

    Looking to start a Natadrol cycle soon - question: would it be ok to take standard creatine mono while on Natadrol? Natadrol has diuretic effects, and mono increases cellular water retention - would water retention be fairly balanced, or a case for easy dehydration and sore joints? Thanks!
