    The 1500 cal isn't cutting, it's just normal intake. I can definitely up it. Not in prep mode currently - just trying to add size. Want to have a good base before I go back into prep mode - otherwise I'm just cutting the little muscles I have :)

    Ok, so I'm down 5 lbs today, to 123. Only 33oz water today, which I've already polished off :( I have my last long lifting workout today, plus cardio. Tomorrow is light cardio, then gettin' my dark on! Just bought a bunch of post comp sugars =)
