    Heh. Don't go too crazy on your first cycle. Why not start with something milder, but that still yields great results? H-drol or Havoc/Epi would be the better choice.

    It's pretty disappointing that a greedy manager can inhibit progress and such like this. .. on the plus side - good to hear there's another MMA game coming out :D
  3. Eating Before Bed...let's get specific

    Cottage cheese does the trick for me. About 350g, 1-2 hours before sleep. That's a good serving of protein and fat to last until morning (or close enough).

    I'll be picking some of this up pretty soon for my upcoming cut. Far too many good reviews to pass it up.
  5. How often to change routine?

    Change it when progress or motivation starts coming to a halt. That's worked for me so far.
  6. Heard of 2 A.D. by Sci Fit???

    I know this post is quite old .. but I've got myself some Scifit 2ad now. There's still not a lot of logs around for this particular clone. What info I have seen seems just as positive as other SD clones though. I'll log mine when I run it - won't be for a good 6 months though.
