Why not start with something milder, but that still yields great results?
H-drol or Havoc/Epi would be the better choice.
It's pretty disappointing that a greedy manager can inhibit progress and such like this.

Cottage cheese does the trick for me.
About 350g, 1-2 hours before sleep.
That's a good serving of protein and fat to last until morning (or close enough).
I know this post is quite old .. but I've got myself some Scifit 2ad now.
There's still not a lot of logs around for this particular clone. What info I have seen seems just as positive as other SD clones though.
I'll log mine when I run it - won't be for a good 6 months though.
