Lifting since 14. Almost 20 years. I'm a garage warrior now as opposed to a gym warrior. I have my own routine at home. Probably won't talk here a lot, mostly here to ask a question here and there when I want real info instead of some fake reviews and other crap, or perhaps training questions. Currently oriented to strength lifting although I used to do a lot of everything.
