    For me IF is just more then a eating schedule it changed my body drastically then a normal 6 meals a day.... There is a lot more benefits then cons.

    You get your results strait away after the scan and it goes cost... But it's the best to see all your stats there quite spot on

    I'm from Australia, but here we have places you can go to where you lay on a bed and machine scans your whole body and it comes up with all your stats... I'm sure you can Google it and find someone near you...

    I typically wait 6 hrs after waking then eat until I get the amount of cals I need then stop so it's quite flexible... Where are you getting your sarms from btw
