My progress so far is great coming...

    3 weeks out Its now three weeks out from AAPF nationals in burr ridge... im feeling strong now that i have caber and ergoblitz back in stock!... Tonight i am deadlifting.. hoping to hit 630 for a single... then i will go for a little over 640 next week, which will be the last time i deadlift...

    I have been out of Cabergolean for about a week now and have been feeling the effects of not having it. I am not sleeping as well and not recovering as fast. sometimes the best way to notice the effects of a supplement is to go without it for a short time. Cant wait for my order to come in!

    np man.. and yea it is a big difference pulling from the floor vs rack pulls.. and thats good weight to be doing your first time in years... im just curious though.. how come you put it at the end of your workouts?

    Squatted 495lbs 5 sets of 5 lastnight.. its getting tougher.. but i felt confident on each rep and my body feels like its recovering adequately which is very nice coming into a meet... Nationals here i come!

    Just pulled an easy 585lb deadlift for two sets of 1. I am glad that it came up so easily, since im about 6 weeks out from nationals where i plan to pull over 640... this is where the recuperative powers or Cabergolean are really going to come in handy!

    I like the dose ive been taking.. this stuff is sick!... I squatted 460 6x6 tonight no problem!... thats a new pr for reps and sets for me at that weight!... next week its 500 5x5.. my recovery is awesome.. low back is in great shape, no soreness or weakness, and strength is on the rise!...

    Yes... but i take 2 days a week off like it says to... The nrc rep said that the most effective dosage is 4x4 and that they were going to up the dose soon.. It definitely helped without a doubt..

    I agree that most guys don't cycle on and off the stimulant pre workouts, but thats what i love about ergoblitz.. i dont need to cycle and i can get the benefits each and everytime i workout without worrying about over taxing my adrenal glands.
