Im 31 Yrs old and I live in the UAE. Im here as a civilian contractor just trying to do right by my family. Im a sports nut. I play Football (american) and Softball here in UAE. Right now my wife and daughter live back in the U.S and I only get to see them in person twice a year and on skype. Im trying to get shredded so my wife enjoys my visits back home. I have a pretty solid work ethic in the gym. Im all business when in the gym. Im at the size i want to be but now im trying to shred out before i put any more size on. Im figuring out what workouts do it for me. I spend roughly 45 minutes a day lifting with 2 off days.
