I am 38 years old, 6'5" 241lbs and have just started training due to a motor vehicle accident 2yrs ago that caused me a permanent shoulder and arm injury and I have started training to build some lean mass and strengthen my shoulder as well as get back into the shape and size i used to be. My goal is to get back up to 260lbs, and have 21"arms and a 52"chest. I have started training with a 60g lean mass building protein shake and am stacking it with 20mg DBols. I am very excited to see the results i will achieve after my 4 week cycle as I have a very fast metabolism and build mass normally very quickly. so this should be interesting. I will put up weekly progress reports as far as my results go.
