    So my Macro is 4,000 calories and a few people told me I should eat an extra 1,000 to get good gains, but I'm finding it hard to eat 5,000 calories a day. Does anyone know how to get my legs and calfs more bigger? A few mates told me to do more Cardio but people on here said too much would kill...

    The beer I drink has 145 calories per 440ml can. I only drink a few on the weekend with my mates when we go clubbling or have a party.

    When I was training about a year or so ago, I developed very bad stretch marks on my arms, legs and stomach. They look minging. Does anyone know any good lotions to tone down the red-ness on them? If I start training again, will they get worse? Thanks.

    Thanks Rosie, that's helped me ALOT. Would Whey Protein help aswell? A few of my mates take Weight Gainer but other people said Whey Protein is better.

    Ah, so I would have to eat more than 4,500+ calories a day? How long would you suggest I lift for a day? Would 30mins of cardio be ok aswell? Thanks. :)

    Thanks Rosie, that's helped alot. When I started bulking a year or so ago, I was eating around 4,500+ calories and lifting for 3 hours each day. I didn't gain much muscle and weight so I don't know what happened their. A few people I know said to not add cardio because the weight will dissapear...
