    SO i have been watchin lockup on tv and they are let out of there cell for 1 hr a day and eat not nearly enogh food through out the day.. they take no suplements ..they do get enough sleep lol thats it though..they make gains it seams way faster than i ever could..so all this extra stuff i do...
