    From what I've read you got a really solid diet man. I have a hard time eating a big meal in the morning so what I do is put my oats in a blender and just add it to my morning protein shake. A cup of milk scoop of protein and half cup of oats. That's just me and I can slam that down pretty quick

    I meant to say I plan on running test 500mg ew and if I do winny 50mg ed or eod. But the deca I'm not sure about. I've heard run it more than the test and I've heard dose less. Thanks again

    Yea definitely let us know how it goes. And widow makers do suck a big bowl of dicks so I'm sure front squat widowmakers clean a buffet of them. But they pack it on you man.

    ok. Not against powerlifting and I don't know his wo routine, stats, or goals but I would recommend not long distance (my personal opinion from experience) even with a caloric surplus and much longer recovery time.

    Exactly what he said. Long distance will work against your powerlifting. Supersets have worked pretty good for me. And sprinting is excellent if it's not me sprinting

    Also. Get a spotter to help and stack some weight on the bar. Your body has to get used to extreme stress. Doing the same weight because your unable to push more by yourself will not help

    What routine are you doing where you are hitting chest once a week but benching twice? That could be a reason you are not progressing.

    This is great advice. It is Super Squat program and will bust your ass but will get you past any plateaus. I use it often but a bit different than it suggest.
