    Any help, the letro definitely helped with the gyno, Its actually incredible how it almost got rid of all of it. Would you think it owuld be a smart idea to take the nolva at 30mg for a week then 15mg for another week and then be off of it compeletly? What do you guys suggest?

    Well, I lost about 4 lbs today. Also I have been getting some pretty weird chest pains. I dont think its my heart just the muscle over the heart. I heard these are called "stitches". Its just pretty annoying but i feel it constantly through the day. I am taking 20mg of nolva too everday.

    Well i put on 8lbs and lost a lot of fat. I did a recomp/cut and worked out great. I got immediate acne on my chest though but i got a rx of high duty acne cream which took care of that right away.
