    Varied cardio, high protein. Fasted HIIT is great for fat loss but it definitely leads to muscle loss as well. I wouldn't worry though, experiment..

    It's not advice, moreso drawing from experience. Keep yourself busy (if you can) rather than locking yourself away. Time's a healer. Not saying things are gonna get better in one week, it'll take a long time; but you never know what might pop up.

    Like everyone else suggests, cardio, weight training, and diet. I'd suggest high protein, spread out, over all other suggestions. That's just me though.
