    Very true.... their is many of these guys at my gym. Just wanted to know if their had been any research done. I guess their is almost too many variables to prove it does make an overall difference working legs. But Im trying to build with proportion so ill keep squatting.

    i started taking zma about 30min. before bed and it made a good difference in my quality of sleep.

    not sure about the growth hormones, but the zma has made a big difference in my quality of sleep and muscle recovery.

    long term goals are to just be as big and strong as possible. i have no desire to be less than 10%BF really. But i dont want to have a huge gut either.im happy with being in the 10-15% range. Long term goal i would like to weigh 225lbs.

    well i guess a better way to word my question would be, How do you determine when its is time to quit bulking and start cutting? Im sure some of it is personal preference but is their any guide lines i could follow? Thanks
