I'm new to weight training so I don't really have any stats to add. I have no idea what kind of specific weight goals I want right now. But I'm looking for a place that specifically has other girls who are into weight training who can help me. I've never really had VISIBLE muscles (except legs since i played soccer for a long time) and I'm very envious of girls who do! Especially arm and ab muscles!
I do have some goals though:
Lose 5%-8% body fat
Gain 5-7lbs of muscle mass
Be able to do at least one dead hang non-assisted pull up
Be able to do 25 push ups in a row
Have visible muscles!

Other girls with similar goals who are similar size and shape as me, who are more experienced in weight training and can offer me some tips, especially in terms of how often to lift, and how much to start with.
