This is why when u lower your serm it's smart to then start an AI like erase and taper that down. Serms raise ur estrogen too that why in pct u get puffy nips, u need the AI to lower ur estrogen to normal levels.

Best thing for me is AM and 4-5 hours later and just added in ipam and mod grf at night before bed. Waking up leaner every morning an love it. Also sleep is awesome. Peptides are no joke.
I take it before bed and I'm fine but caffeine doesn't bother me. If u get a non caff version then there won't be any issues if caffeine keeps u awake.
