Push Power
5x5...Bench, Dips, Military
Pull Power
5x5... BB Rows, Chins, Deads, Back Extension(3x8)
OFF
Push Hyper
Usually 2-3 chest, 2-3 shoulder, 2-3 tri all for 3x8-10
Legs(power and hyper)
5x5 Squat/Box Squat/Front Squat
3x8-10 for the rest...
