    Great discussion here. For anyone still confused about FFMI accuracy, remember it's height-adjusted, so raw FFMI and adjusted FFMI can differ a fair bit, especially at 5'11"+ heights like OP's. Body fat % measured with calipers can also swing your number by 1-2 points depending on which sites...
