yeah you right buddy!! I took that stuff twice and that was enough for me...tooo much focus and made hyper-vigilant when I was driving similar to some speed type drugs...anyway since then I've tried methyldriene(spelling?) and that was great
Definitely don't need a full scoop of this stuff and I usually tolerate pre's pretty well but I was a little jittery afterwards with this..i may go back to pump hd or c4 if it continues.
So you dont suggest front raises? I find those to be pretty effective. My elbow bothers me when plate loaded machines with fixed handle positions...I generally stick to free weights and cables.
Thanks so you're telling me I shouldn't pair chest with bis to save my already injured elbow? Im just getting back into the swing of things usually I train one muscle group per day...all great advice I will post my specific routine soon.
Is clomid alone enough for pct? I've had relatively decent success in the past but there are so many different and maybe more effective options out there today...been out the loop for a bit...new to the group thanks everyone.
