They forgot the Jefferson Squat, basically put the barbell between your legs and burst up and lower slowly then switch sides. It's like a sumo deadlift and a lunge all at the same time, really a good finisher for my leg workouts.
I'd be game
I'd be game to try a new preworkout, all I've been switching between has been M5 and Jack3D (Original), would be nice to have a change of pace, especially since i haven't used one in a few weeks, clearing my tolerance! Hit me up if you pick me :)
