That looks fine... you could add uro b, basis and alpha one (in that order in my opinion). Or not... natty supps in my opinion are the icing on the cake once all the fundamentals are in place.

Orthopedic acupuncture is like dry needling x10. I've had sucess with dry needling but this is more intense. I was questioning whether I would tap out.

Sure will. Im 100% with you on traditional acupuncture. This is an entirely different animal. The needle goes into the muscle and you absolutely feel it when it hits a trigger point. It's a very uncomfortable sensation. I guess I have to call it pain, but unlike what i would normally call "pain".
