Ok update past weeks progress. Plus I had to switch up the diet a bit(veggie for brown rice on both meals, NO MORE Brown Rice :().and still going strong on the OXYLIGHTPRO...super great LOVING IT. LOST 2 lbs in 5 days..YES Finally..and if your reading this:pokey: please if you have 5 dollars...
I just started a cycle of it last week and changed my diet a bit and eating habbits. I have to say im down 2lbs..in 5 days. Not bad. I love it so far and vasculinty is crazy from using it :)

I small update with the oxylight. My vasculinty is crazy since ive been using it..and my energy in the morning has increased intensily. Once I get moving take my oxylight pro and get to they gym, I just want to go. I have had some great gym time these week due to it. So far an A+++++++++
well thank you for the offer..i finally found someone that comes with me once a week to spot me..so i can push heaver weights around. Im usually there at 5:30 so workout buddies are hard to find. LOL
Well today was my weight in Still 140lbs. But this week as i said I started the Oxylight pro..so hopefully it will help move something on that damn scale or at least when I do my bodyfat in a week or so it will show some results. LETS HOPE or I really will hit the wall with fusteration.
Ok if it makes you feel any better..8 weeks of carb cycling, heaver weight training..more intense cardio and my weight is the same. 140 and wont budge. Damn it.
