    That's what imma try but do have any idea why my right shoulder would push itself up, kinda like shrug. Another thing is that when I do a pull down my dad said my left is pulling more than my right.

  7. Advice needed

    You could load up on weight and use low reps, roughly 5-7or8 reps pending on heavy you go. Also use a lot more multi body lifts that will require your body to use more testosterone, like deadlifts, rack pulls, squats, etc...
