I haven't tried ARA but I really did like my SNS PA run last fall for 8 weeks. I did it during a reverse diet and felt like it helped me progress faster (strength, muscle, stayed lean while slowly increasing calories).
Awesome. Along those lines other ingredients were Cyanocobalamine (B12) which isn’t the active form and can cause issues in some people or B6 vs P5P?
Do you see these as things most people should be concerned with or not?
Are you still planning a potential high quality multivitamin. After quite a bit of research I’m getting more ready to buy quality. I always thought all multis are just whatever, but I’ve found the form of everything matters and some of what these companies use aren’t very healthy and a lot of us...
Like others said it's very hard to say.
In October I weighed 220 lbs and was maintaining on 2300 calories. Since then I slowly increased calories and weigh 230. My maintenance now is about 3800 calories with the same activity level.
Thanks for the feedback. I knew about the FDA issues and had heard there aren't a lot of legit products out there so that makes sense. I guess I'll pass on those for now. Thanks.
What are your thoughts on the flood of interest in NMN and NAD+. To be honest I don't really understand what they both are but have heard they're great. I've also heard that most of the sources aren't actually good and it's a waste of money.
Just another possibility: I know you're eating clean and trying to lose weight which is great, but if it's a crash diet or super low fat or anything you can lose libido as well. Make sure you're eating close to maintenance at least for now so that doesn't throw off numbers and don't neglect...
I've always thought the supplement industry would be fun, but man there's a lot that goes into it... I personally have been using Performax for the last couple months and like it, but don't love it. I've tried cheaper one and more expensive ones. I personally would be willing to spend up to 50...
I’m excited to see the formulas and try the daily gains and the greens powder. I’ve struggled to find a good one without having to mix a ton of supplements together.
I got my wife a cheap one for Christmas. We've used it probably 10-15 times already for 10-15 minutes each time. The charge lasts for several days and works well. I think I got it off Walmart for like $40.
