    It's a generational thing. My parents were brought up to think that saturated fats cause heart disease. That's what the media said. What amazes me is how little scientific research there was to come to that conclusion. Another great read. Even though I can't comprehend half of it. Thanks Jiigzz

    The refined "whole" grains found everywhere in the store and our diet are more likely to cause cancer. Canned fish is perfectly healthy. Mercury may be a legit concern but I wouldn't worry unless you are eating them more than twice everyday.
