Well guys just tried a new concoction.. 1 cup vanilla almond milk. 1 cup black coffee 1 scoop vanilla oep protein and 1 tbs fiber as a pre work out shake.. Great initial taste but then a pretty bitter unpleasant after taste. Might have to fool around with it to perfect but thought I would share

If I do a muscular endurance activity that trains type 1 fibers on day 1, then train type 2 fibers the next day is this a bad idea? (I would like to do a HIIT involving lots of burpees but tomorrow I lift upper body)
