Just started the whole cutting carbs and bumped proteins & fat's.

I've got loads of protein powder left from before and only just realised that it's mass and strength would this affect my cut down or should I go for a diet whey?

Preferably looking for non stim as i get a lot of caffeine from other sources throughout the day (yeah I'm a coffee drinker)!
I'm just looking to strip fat and my diet is pretty clean (obviously always room for improvement and working hard to be absolute)...
