    There shouldn't be a need to use a dosage like 40/40/20/20, 20/20/10/10 should be fine for most situations. 40 is fairly high for tamox.

    I think that creatine should be used during pct instead of on cycle due to the gains you will already be getting from the ph itself. It is better to use it after the cycle ends to try to keep as much of your gains as possible. Just wondering, I'm taking milk thistle along with other vitamins...
