    I just realized it shows 1 capsule is 50mg? I thought it used to be 25mg per capsule? if that’s the case I’ve been on 2 capsules per day since last year. All this time assumed I was on 50mg per day, not 100mg per day. 🤔

    Just anecdotal evidence. There’s not a lot of research on the hydroxyl metabolite of dhea. There is data though on other benefits from 7-ol-dhea though.
