    Sounds like a strain snyderd. Lay off of it and don absolutely nothing that causes it pain until it heals up. Get well!
  2. Easy High Protein/Low Carb snacks

    Those are perfect - was going to say String Cheese, the reduced fat version is very low cal/high protein. I at a ton of greek yogurt through my last prep (although I know some are afraid of dairy).
  3. What is your favorite cheat meal?

    This is a great post to be a first post on here for me! I'm going with Pizza, and a stuffed cookie sandwich from the cookie factory (if you've never had one of these cookie sandwiches you are missing out)!
