As I said in a different thread, its about 3500 calories above maintenance to put on 1 lbs. So if you would like to put on 1 lbs a week, you`d have to eat 500 calories over maintenance per day (500 calories x 7 days in a week = 3500 calories per week, or 1lbs)
FYI, it takes about 3500 calories over maintenance to put on 1lbs, or 3500 calories under maintenance to lose a lbs. So if trying to gain weight, 500 calories over maintenance per day would equal 3500 per week, so for a 1 lbs gain a week stick with 500 calories over per day, or 1000 calories...
Just make sure whichever you take, you have the proper support supps to go with them. Just because you can buy them online does not mean they aren't extremely hard on you.
As far as PH go, I've only tried Epistane but I was very impressed. In 3 weeks, I put on 10lbs and kept all of it after PCT! First came strength and recovery, then I started to put on some weight about 2 weeks in. Strength gains were pretty damn impressive.
