I'll do the traditional:weeks 1-2: 1 set 15 reps on all ex.
weeks 3-4: 2 sets 10 reps on all ex.
weeks 4-6:3 sets 5 reps on all ex.
weeks 6-8: 3 sets 5 reps on all ex.
And yes,my shoulders are somewhat small,compared to my biceps :worried:
