in third week of H-drol, back has been stiff and sore, and got to the point to where I had to get it looked at and get some stronger pain and muscle relaxers. I decided to skip deadlifts for a few weeks and prob squats until it gets better.
Need some ideas for bulking for lower back, core...
I wear brooks and also sometimes use the nike lunar glides for when I run or do cardio. I use a set of normal nike training shoes while I lift. If I squat and deadlift, I do it in my socks. I think ottimax (sp?) made a good pair of lifting shoes a few years back.
doing that will work....make sure you are warmed up prior to doing this as well...I recently went through a 7 week, 5x5, 5x5, 4x5, 3x5, 3x5, 3x5, 3x5 and went up on my overall weight and gained a little bit of size too.
