I get the same thing with dead skin spec with deadlift, you could always try gloves i do that with the main lifts, seems to help an with the forearm pain just do a few more warm up sets or press ups does...
What does your diet look like?
There is no quick way but you could always do a "dirty bulk"
If you post up what your diet is, then it would be easier to give advice
Id up to about 5k cals keep the diet and add in some homemade shakes one if my shakes has around 900 cals your always try cutting down the m/a and see if you grow from the diet you are on,, :)
If you know what you are taking into your body its fine, only the people that take things without really knowing what it does will be the people that loose out, rubbish article
Prob has a big point with taking 10 months off if you hit it hard 10 months ago then just pulled put your body could have reacted to that, also if its just 2 weeks that your checking wait longer mate i used to look in mirror and that loads and it drove me mad,, maybe add in a bit of cardio good...
Look up the what it contains because different customs have different rules, do you really need anything i bulk plus added fat then cut, best way would be to get everything thats in the supp and ring customs and ask them if there is anything they would have a problem with
