carb cycle dude. unless youre using juice keto isnt a good diet to just get under single digit body fat. if you plateu w/ocarbs then whats next step. keto is a good plateu breaker but not a diet to start out with. save it till u hit 7%
way more protein less fat. 150g supporting 230 is a recipe for muscle wasting in keto carb ups fluctuate water levels so u might be retaining more than u think. are your carb ups binge days or actual refeeds?
i cut carbs and have great pumps u mad?
but really. increase rep range, add drop sets,super sets, giant sets and pump will be insane. when i power lift i never get huge pumps
