    I'm on a paleo diet and whey gives me headaches anyway so I'm thinking of mixing 1 whole egg and 5 egg whites into a post workout shake with some fruits which would equal ~20 g of protein? and using this as a post workout drink. Is this quick enough digesting? Opinions? P.S. any suggestions...
